Boot Camp

A workout not for the light-hearted! This class will challenge your heart & lungs whilst combining bodyweight exercises which will see you push, pull, carry and lift your way to a stronger, fitter and leaner you.

Jack Hanrahan


Jack is a qualified fitness professional with over ten years’experience as both trainer and soft tissue therapist. Jack approaches his clients’ goals methodically which starts with an in-depth assessment in order to tailor a truly bespoke plan. His specialties include; massage; deep tissue, neuromuscular and myofascial release. Personal training; strength and conditioning, muscle building, mobility and joint health and rehabilitation.

Kinstretch involves a combination of stretches, dynamic movements and end range strengthening exercises from various base positions. It looks a bit like yoga but this is a science driven system to improve mobility and body control.

The Benefits:

  • First and foremost, these classes will get people moving better - building strength, mobility and better body control.
  • Improve joint health and longevity.
  • Reduce pain and muscle tightness.
  • Transfers to better performance across all physical activity, because they get you moving and functioning better.
  • There is a built in self-assessment. Classes will quickly expose joints that don’t function well, bringing awareness to individual mobility needs. This will help people to understand what they need to work on and encourage mobility / self-care work as an ongoing habit.

Aromatherapy Associates Aroma Workshop

Aromatherapy Associates in-house brand expert Anna Dodd will be performing interactive aromatherapy workshops to showcase the power and provenance of our blends. Guests will have the opportunity to complete a wellbeing consultation and take home a sample of their chosen blend to create their very own salt and oil body scrub.

TRE (Tension Release Exercise)

A simple set of guided exercises that allow deeply held tension to be released, whether it stems from stress, trauma or repetitive movement conditioning.

TRE stands for Tension Release Exercise. It is a simple set of guided exercises that will trigger the natural tremor mechanism in the body, allowing deeply held tension to be released. The premise of the concept is that tension, whether it stems from a more physical, emotional or psychological aspect, be it stress, trauma, or the repetitive movement we take our bodies through in our busy and sedentary urban lives, all impacts the body release and integration can only really happen through the body.

You will learn how to let go in a controlled manner, through activating body tremors. This in turn will allow you to better harness your energy, typically resulting in a state of energised calm after the session.
