Our legendary Regent Street address has long been the capital's hub for fine food, wine and conversation. Oscar Wilde chose the Café Royal - and its unmatched wine selection - for his salon, while Winston Churchill favoured our steaks, stilton and champagne. Even those who differed on most things, came together here to enjoy an atmosphere and range of gourmet pleasures found nowhere else.

The story continues today, as we embark on an exciting new chapter and eagerly await the arrival of other celebrated chefs to add to the culinary excitement.

Beginning at the end of last year we commenced a short period of localised works that will transform our main entrance and ground floor and create a brand-new dining experience on the first. Designed and overseen by the world-renowned architect Piero Lissoni the project will see an entirely new lobby created in the space currently occupied by the Ten Room Restaurant, and a new all-day dining space opened in our gallery space above, to replace our Members Club which closed in November.

 

Due to be unveiled towards the end of March, the large new lobby promises to deliver an outstanding and glamorous arrival experience to the hotel with an innovative and exciting restaurant above, open to guests and members of the public alike. This space, like all of our restaurants and bars at Café Royal will provide a Vibrant; yet distinctly Elegant haven that captures the very essence and spirt of contemporary London life…

All positions are permanent and full time working an average of 40 hours per week.
