Pastry Chef Stage - Cakes & Bubbles

Your role:

Hotel Café Royal are proud to be offering stage placements within the kitchen at new restaurant Cakes & Bubbles.

Cakes & Bubbles is a dessert and Champagne experience by Albert Adrià which serves a parade of exceptional desserts alongside a curated selection of champagnes and sparkling wines.

We will be welcoming chefs who want to work and be inspired by Albert Adrià's kitchen and to work alongside Adrià’s team and Spain’s Best Chocolate Pastry Chef 2015, David Gil. 

Placements are generally for a minimum commitment of one month and applicants are required to hold a valid visa and/or UK work permit.

Preference will be given to applicants who can demonstrate professional kitchen skills and a committed work history.

First stage placement is available from December 2018.

Your profile:

We are looking for a creative candidate who has a passion for pastry and who is eager to learn new techniques. 

Our stage programmes are unpaid and we are unable to offer accommodation.
