Regional Online Marketing Manager
For our the Regional Online Marketing manager, we are looking for a professional in the field of online marketing. The ideal candidate will have a complete understanding of creating online marketing plans, content marketing, website development and optimization, affiliate marketing, advertising, strategy and proper budgeting.
Create online marketing plans (e.g. social media-, search engine-, content marketing, website development and optimization, affiliate marketing, advertising, etc.), strategy and budget, for The Set hotels brand across the region ensuring all marketing activities feel local and personal, to reach and connect with key target audiences through digital media and to grow and optimize all display and social media channels.
Evaluate the traffic driven from the different marketing channels, and identify traffic / conversion opportunities at a channel level to grow sales and new customers in the region for the individual hotel websites and The Set hotels website.
Manage and train the Online Marketing Executives (and trainees) per hotel to make sure all are on the same level of knowledge, have enough know-how for the job and can coordinate the online marketing activities in a correct way.
Formulate social media and digital marketing policies & procedures.
Continually analyze the brand site search engine (e.g. Bing, Google Analytics and Adwords) performance across all search engines, GDS-, display marketing- and remarketing campaigns.
Analyze statistics from OTA sites, setup campaigns and contribute towards reducing our dependence on OTA's.
Extend the online PR network of the hotel and extend the PR network on an ongoing basis (requests, meetings and organize events).
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor degree in digital marketing, e-commerce or (online) marketing, three years of experience as a manager in a comparable position.
Knowledge of IT systems and software such as CMS, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, email software, social media dashboard tools and CRM tools.
Fluent in English. French and/or Dutch are of advantage.
