Supervisor – Albert Adria’s Cakes & Bubbles
After his successful pop up here at Hotel Café Royal in 2016, famed chef Albert Adrià – who built a gastronomic revolution at the legendary Michelin three-star elBulli and runs Barcelona's hottest restaurant 'Tickets' – returns to London to launch his first permanent establishment outside of his native Spain, ‘Cakes and Bubbles’.
Adrià, who was voted The World's Best Pastry Chef by The World’s 50 Best Restaurants, will offer a parade of exceptional desserts set to wow diners; from his signature 'cheese cake' to his egg flan, air waffle and doughnut creations.
You will inspire the team with your personality, passion and innovative thinking. We are looking for a Superstar that Cakes & Bubbles deserves.
It’s likely that you will have a proven and substantial background in a similar role, ideally gained within luxury hospitality in a similar high end restaurant or patisserie environment as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager. Experience of payroll, scheduling, recruitment, training and performance management will also be advantageous.
As our Supervisor you will demonstrate a flexible and adaptive hands-on approach in order to assist and support the Manager with the service delivery within Albert Adria’s Cakes & Bubbles. You will help to ensure that our team deliver a consistently high standard of personalised service to our guests.
You will be passionate about food and drink, with an exceptional knowledge on food and beverages, in order to train and develop a knowledgeable team skilled in all aspects of F&B and the seamless delivery of service.
