Can I Park My Car at Hotel Café Royal?
The hotel does not offer an onsite car park, however we do offer a valet parking service located at the main entrance to the hotel on 10 Air Street. Local car parks NCP Brewer Street and Q-Park Burlington Street are used and the charges for valet parking services are as follows:
- Up to 1 hour: £9
- Up to 2 hours: £18
- Up to 3 hours: £30
- Up to 4 hour: £35
- Up to 6 hours: £45
- Up to 24 hours: £50
- Non-hotel residents: 4 hour minimum charge

Does Hotel Café Royal offer an airport shuttle service?
There is no airport shuttle service however our Concierge team will be delighted to book a private chauffeur service for you.

Does Hotel Café Royal permit pets?
Pets of residents up to 12kg are permitted within our guestrooms, restaurants and bars. Acceptance of non-resident's pets within our restaurants and bars is at the discretion of management. No pets are permitted in the spa. Download our pet policy here.
At what time is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served from 07:00am to 11:00am from Monday to Sunday.
When is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 3pm and check-out at 12pm. Whilst our reception team will do their utmost to facilitate an early check-in or late check-out, this cannot be confirmed prior to arrival. Early check-in or late check-out fees may apply. Guests are very welcome to enjoy our restaurants and bars or the spa facilities at Akasha Holistic Wellbeing should an early check-in or late check-out not be possible.

When is Afternoon Tea served?
Re-opening 12th June 2021 on Friday, Saturday and Sundays 12pm-5.30pm for Traditional Afternoon Tea.
From 14th July 2021, a Van Gough Afternoon Tea experience is available Wednesday to Sunday 12pm-5.30pm
What are the opening times of Akasha Spa?
Akasha is open for external guests & members from 9.00am - 9.00pm and for hotel residents from 8.00am - 9.00pm.
We are delighted to welcome our junior hotel guests under the guidance of an adult from the age of 5 to 16 in our swimming pool daily from 9am to 10.30am and 4pm to 5.30pm.
