Louenna Hood, a Norland Nanny who has been the ‘go-to’ for several royal families has just given her Royal Seal of Approval of our family offerings, from the adjoining rooms to our children's menus. We've also co-designed bespoke trunks for children and babies with Nanny Louenna, filled with all the essentials for parents, as well as toys, puzzles. games and books to keep the little one entertained. Simply add your trunk under 'additional offerings' when booking your stay and it will be waiting for you on arrival, so you can travel a little lighter and ease the stress of packing.
Kids Corner
The children’s playroom at Hotel Café Royal is available during UK school holidays and offers an array of toys, games and arts and crafts to keep the little ones entertained during your stay. There are also movies, video games and consoles available and a little more space to spread out and play. Please note the playroom does not offer childcare so a parent or carer will need to always accompany their children.
Family Swimming
We are delighted to welcome junior hotel guests (age 5-16) to the swimming pool at Akasha Holistic Wellbeing, under the guidance of an adult and during the following hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 10:30am & 4:00pm to 5:30pm Saturday & Sunday 9.00am to 11:00am & 4.00pm to 6.00pm
Family Getaway
Our interconnecting two and three bedroom family rooms and suites, with private entrance hallways offer enough space for the whole family, whilst also letting you keep a eye on the little ones. Perfect for longer breaks or if you need some extra space, the family suites feature separate living areas and dressing rooms.
