Laurent at Café Royal is our grill restaurant and sushi bar by internationally renowned chef Laurent Tourondel. Laurent is best known in America where he operates restaurants in New York, Miami and Charlotte in North Carolina which all share a relaxed approach to casual fine dining in the city which he now brings to London.

Our chefs serve up the finest steak and fish from the open kitchen and grill, most of which sourced here in the UK; whilst our sushi masters prepare inventive sushi, sashimi and raw fish at the sushi bar. The restaurant is open all day for breakfast, lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch. Adjoining cocktail bar Ziggy's champions creative and innovative mixology inspired by the late, great David Bowie and is open late into the night.
