Set within the award-winning Akasha Spa, this retreat offers a considered reset for mind and body. Day one unfolds through moments of calm and restoration, from thermal spa experiences to a Red Light Reset Meditation and a floating sound bath. As evening falls, guests return to their rooms for a thoughtfully curated turndown designed to support deep rest.

On day two, the focus shifts to renewal and education, with Red Light Therapy Yoga and expert-led nutrition workshops exploring gut health, metabolism and modern wellbeing, complemented by a curated wellness lunch.

Thoughtfully designed to align with the changing season, the experience restores balance, energy and vitality as spring gives way to summer. Guests may join the full two-day programme with an overnight stay, or attend selected elements on day two.

BON CHARGE Floating Sound Bath & Red Light Reset

An immersive evening experience where light, water and sound come together in quiet harmony. Begin poolside with guided journaling and relaxation, wearing BON CHARGE red light therapy masks designed to support calm and cellular restoration. From here, drift into a one-hour floating sound bath, surrounded by crystal bowls and soft red light. A deeply restorative experience, designed to calm the nervous system, restore balance and prepare the body for rest.

Red Light Therapy Yoga Session with Josephine McGrail

A guided yoga session designed to restore balance through movement, breath and light. Set within a softly lit studio, the practice combines controlled, strengthening sequences with moments of stillness, enhanced by red light therapy to support recovery and overall wellbeing. Suitable for all levels, the session offers a calm yet energising start to the day, leaving the body aligned and the mind clear.

Nutritional Workshop with Clarissa Lenherr

An expert-led session exploring the connection between gut health, energy and overall wellbeing. Clarissa Lenherr shares a clear and considered approach to modern nutrition, from understanding the role of the microbiome to the everyday habits that support balance. The session moves from insight to application, offering practical, realistic strategies that can be carried into daily life. Guests leave with a deeper understanding of how to support their body, through simple, informed choices.
