A two-day immersive wellness experience at Akasha Spa, Hotel Café Royal
Set within the award-winning Akasha Spa, this retreat offers a considered reset for mind and body. Day one unfolds through moments of calm and restoration, from thermal spa experiences to a Red Light Reset Meditation and a floating sound bath. As evening falls, guests return to their rooms for a thoughtfully curated turndown designed to support deep rest.
On day two, the focus shifts to renewal and education, with Red Light Therapy Yoga and expert-led nutrition workshops exploring gut health, metabolism and modern wellbeing, complemented by a curated wellness lunch.
Thoughtfully designed to align with the changing season, the experience restores balance, energy and vitality as spring gives way to summer. Guests may join the full two-day programme with an overnight stay, or attend selected elements on day two.

Day 1 – Friday 8th May

Arrival and check-in. Guests are welcomed to their room, where a personalised robe, wellness amenities and curated in-room touches await - Enjoy access to the Akasha thermal spa facilities, including sauna, steam room and pool, or opt for treatments at leisure
