Our legendary Regent Street address has long been the capital’s hub for fine food, wine and conversation. Oscar Wilde chose the Café Royal – and its unmatched wine selection – for his salon, while Winston Churchill favoured our steaks, stilton and Champagne. Even those who differed on most things, came together here to enjoy an atmosphere and range of gourmet pleasures found nowhere else. The Gallery is located at the very heart of the hotel, overlooking the main lobby and serves an array of Mediterranean classics with unique twists, all under the direction of Executive Chef Eliano Crespi, keeping a focus on locality and seasonality.

Afternoon Tea at Café Royal

Once the preferred haunt of Oscar Wilde and his contemporaries, this gilded jewellery box of a room is now the stunning backdrop for our award-winning afternoon tea service handcrafted by Executive Pastry Chef Loic Carbonnet and his pâtisserie team.

Absinthe green walls decorate this speakeasy-like bar that serves up expertly made cocktails. Accessed by a discreet entrance on the corner of Air Street,  this is just the place for pre-dinner drinks, clandestine meetings and a late night tipple.
