Delight in Cakes & Bubbles new selection of ice-cream and sorbets, best enjoyed alfresco on the Regent Street terrace. In typical Albert Adrià style, he's added his unique twist to the flavours, from an Ispahan sorbet made with rose, raspberry and lychee to The Lavazza 1895 ice-cream, made with coffee and white miso.
