Future of Food: Café Royal Grill x Spilman Farm

In partnership with Spilman Farm, this one-night-only dining experience celebrates the best of British seasonal produce, including their hand-harvested asparagus. Hosted in the iconic Café Royal Grill, the evening begins with a welcome drink, followed by a thoughtfully curated four-course menu. Throughout the night, Farmer Tom shares first-hand stories from the farm, offering a rare insight into modern British agriculture.

Signature Wines and Historic Cocktails

At Café Royal Grill, guests can elevate their dining experience with an exceptional wine and cocktail selection, curated by our Director of Wine, Giulia Florenzano, and Director of Beverage, Matteo Carretta. The carefully chosen wine list highlights renowned labels and rare vintages, featuring celebrated Champagne houses, classic French vineyards, and distinctive bottles from Italy, Spain, and beyond. Complementing this is a menu of timeless cocktails, expertly crafted by Matteo and inspired by the historic Café Royal Cocktail Book of 1937 - each a nod to the Grill’s rich heritage and London’s vibrant cocktail culture.
