Festive Terms and Conditions

  • The Festive Afternoon Tea menu is available exclusively from 7th November 2025 to 2nd January 2026, excluding 25th December.
  • The cost is £85 per person, £90 per person with a glass of Wild Idol Rosé (non-alcoholic), or £95 per person with a glass of N.V. Veuve Clicquot Brut.
  • The cost is £55 per child (aged 12 and under).
  • A discretionary 15% service charge will be added to your bill.
  • At the time of booking, you may select either the Grill Room or the Domino Room. Both rooms feature the same menu and entertainment.
  • Afternoon Tea in the Domino Room is available exclusively on the following dates: 29th November, 30th November, 6th December, 7th December, 13th December, 14th December, 20th December, 21st December, 27th December, 28th December.
  • A credit card is required to secure your booking.
  • For groups of six or more, a deposit of £25 per person is required at the time of booking.
  • Seating is available from 12:00pm to 5:30pm, subject to availability.
  • A maximum table size of 8 guests can be booked online. For larger groups, please enquire at [email protected].
  • All dietary requirements must be advised no later than 48 hours before your booking.
  • Dress code: Smart casual.

  • The Christmas Eve Dinner menu is available exclusively on 24th December 2025.
  • The menu is served between 6:00pm and 10:00pm. The restaurant will close at 12:00am.
  • The cost is £185 per person for a three-course meal including a glass of N.V. Veuve Clicquot Brut.
  • A discretionary 15% service charge will be added to your bill.
  • Payment is required at the time of booking: 50% of the booking value on reservation, with the remaining 50% taken in the first week of December. This excludes service charge and any drinks on the night. (Applies to all guests, including residents.)
  • Bookings made after the first week of December require 100% payment at the time of booking.
  • Cancellations made before the first week of December are refundable at 50%. Cancellations after this date are subject to a 100% charge.

  • The full prepayment is non-refundable.
  • Full payment is required within 24 hours of booking, otherwise the table will be released.

    • 24th December: 6:00pm–6:15pm or 8:30pm–8:45pm arrival.
    • 25th December: 12:00pm–12:15pm or 2:45pm–3:00pm arrival.
    • 26th December: 12:00pm–3:30pm.
    • 31st December: 6:00pm (reduced menu at £340), or 8:30pm–9:00pm (£450).
    • 1st January: 12:00pm–4:00pm — brunch sharing concept.
  • All services are subject to a 15% service charge.
  • All dietary requirements must be advised at least 7 days prior to arrival.
