Red light meditation, a floating sound bath and restorative yoga cultivate calm and stillness on day one, while day two turns to yoga and expert-led nutrition workshops exploring gut health, metabolism and alcohol. Thoughtfully designed to align with the changing season, this immersive experience restores balance, energy and vitality as spring gives way to summer and your wellbeing comes into focus.

Guests can experience the retreat as a full two-day programme with an overnight stay at Hotel Café Royal, or join selected elements on day two.
