Motivated by a desire for personal and professional development, Ana navigated through challenges with resilience and determination. Ana’s journey inspires women to embrace change fearlessly and pursue their aspirations with confidence.

2. Amaal’s Story: Navigating a Path of Resilience and Growth in HR
Amaal’s journey into hospitality sector as a HR coordinator began unexpectedly in 2021, following a transition from the education sector. Initially unsure of her career path, Amaal quickly found her passion for HR growing as she embraced the challenges and opportunities presented at Hotel Café Royal. With support from her colleagues, Amaal’s innovative approach to HR management earned her recognition as a finalist for the prestigious HR Rising Star award. She remains committed to fostering diversity and inclusion within the workplace, ensuring that all voices are heard and valued.

3. Natalie’s Impact: Leading Housekeeping with Passion

As Director of Housekeeping, Natalie plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences at Hotel Café Royal. Her nearly six-year tenure is marked by numerous achievements, including leading her team through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic and achieving recognition as a finalist for the Caterer Award in 2023. Natalie’s leadership style emphasises inclusivity and collaboration, fostering a
positive work culture where every team member feels valued and supported.
