Skate at Somerset House

Each winter, Somerset House’s neoclassical courtyard becomes one of London’s most celebrated landmarks. Beneath a towering tree and a canopy of lights, skaters glide across the ice to the sound of live DJ sets. Afterwards, visitors can warm up with mulled wine or decadent hot chocolate, catch up over cocktails, or simply soak in the atmosphere–a glorious snapshot of winter in the city’s cultural heart.
