Laundered Luggage
We present an exclusive Laundered Luggage Service. Upon your arrival, your baggage will be promptly taken for laundering. If you have any damaged TUMI luggage, our team ensures swift access to the repair shop and for those seeking new luggage, our team is pleased to organise a VIP shopping service at the TUMI store.

Suite Inclusions

For all stays in Club, Celestine and Tudor Suites, the following is included:
  • Your choice of one of the following:
    • Chauffeur Driven Rolls Royce for your exclusive use daily (up to 5 hours per day)
    • Your choice of one of the following:
      • Three-course dinner for two at the Cafe Royal Grill
      • A 60-minute Akasha massage of your choice for two (once per stay)
  • Butler Service – 24 hours per day
  • Launder Luggage Service by TUMI
  • Unpacking and packing service
  • A bottle of champagne on arrival
  • Fresh floral arrangement by Jamie Aston
  • Garment pressing for up to two items

Availability
  • Suite inclusions are available when booking direct.
  • Available for new bookings only, as of Thursday August 1st 2024
  • 24-hours’ notice is required to book the chauffer service, massage, dining experience for two.
  • Available when the above-mentioned room types are booked. Does not apply to complimentary upgrades from lower room types.
  • Should the guest wish to reserve their personal chauffeur car, then confirmation must be provided at least 24 hours prior to the required start time.
Rate, Tax and Service Charge
  • Rates in our booking engine are based on double occupancy and are quoted inclusive of 20% VAT. Rates are subject to 5% discretionary service charge
Offer Conditions
  • The inclusions are only applicable for Club, Celestine and Tudor Suites.
  • The chauffer service is included for all days of the stay except for the day of departure.
  • We will always provide an electric or hybrid vehicle where available, unless a petrol or diesel model is specifically requested.
  • Inclusions which occur once per stay are not applicable for consecutive bookings.
  • 24-hours’ notice is required to book the chauffeur service
  • If you wish to have your chauffer car for longer than 5 hours, we will charge the following:
    • Rolls Royce: £200 + VAT per additional hour
  • The Cafe Royal Grill dinner or Akasha treatments are available once per stay and require 24 hour notice
  • Laundered Luggage Service is limited to 3 pieces of luggage per stay
