Laundered Luggage
- The Laundered Luggage Service is exclusively available to guests booking a Deluxe Suite or above at Hotel Café Royal.
- This service is for a maximum of 3 suitcases per suite (any brand). It is only applicable to suitcases not bags or any items within the luggage, e.g. clothing.
- The service includes the unpacking of your suitcase by our concierge team and the subsequent cleaning of your luggage bag using TUMI products.
- In the event of any minor damages to your suitcase prior to your arrival at Hotel Cafe Royal, we kindly request guests to promptly communicate prior to the cleaning service, the team will then organise the repairs, subject to availability of the repair services.
- Minor damage include: Fixing handles, pullers, wheels, protective bumper/rail. No sliders, zips or those involving stitching can be provided.
- Some repairs may incur a cost. This will be communicated to the guest before the repair is made.
- Guests availing the Laundered Luggage Service have the option to enjoy a personalised shopping experience within their suite, featuring a curated selection of premium TUMI products. Subject to availability.
- The Laundered Luggage Service is subject to availability and may be limited based on demand.
- Hotel Café Royal reserves the right to modify or discontinue the TUMI Laundered Luggage Service without prior notice.
