Your Private Chauffeur Awaits.
Starting from the time you check in, you will have the privilege of exploring with your dedicated chauffeur each day, covering unlimited mileage and distance. Guests staying in Deluxe, Westminster or Loft Suites can opt for either a lavish Mercedes-Benz S-Class sedan or V-Class minivan, while those in Regent Suites and higher categories can choose between a luxurious Rolls Royce or Range Rover.

For Signature suite stays that prefer a bit more of an adrenaline rush, we provide the option of a supercar of your choice to drive throughout your stay. Choose from an ultra luxurious Bentley Continental GT, a super sporty Porsche 911 Turbo or an elegant Aston Martin. Those that stay in our Presidential, Royal or Dome Suites also receive the option to drive a stunning Ferrari 488 or Lamborghini Urus.

Availability
  • Suite inclusions are available when booking any publicly available rate.
  • Available for new bookings only, as of Friday 1st December 2023.
  • 24-hours’ notice is required to book the chauffer service, supercar, massage, personal bar setup, royal nanny trunks.
  • 48-hours’ notice for the private dinner.
  • Available when the above-mentioned room types are booked. Does not apply to complimentary upgrades from lower room types.
  • Should the guest wish to reserve their personal chauffeur car, then confirmation must be provided at least 24 hours prior to the required start time.
Rate, Tax and Service Charge
  • Rates in our booking engine are based on double occupancy and are quoted inclusive of 20% VAT. Rates are subject to 5% discretionary service charge
Offer Conditions
  • The private chauffeur service are only applicable from Deluxe Suite stays and higher.
  • The chauffer service is included for all days of the stay except for the day of departure.
  • We will always provide an electric or hybrid vehicle where available, unless a petrol or diesel model is specifically requested.
  • Inclusions which occur once per stay are not applicable for consecutive bookings.
  • 24-hours’ notice is required to book the chauffeur service
  • The personal bar setup and Akasha treatments are available once per stay and require 24 hours notice
  • The private dinner is available once per stay and requires 48 hours notice.
  • Only one Royal Nanny Trunk is available per stay.
  • For the self-drive supercar a £5,000 security deposit will need to be taken at the time of booking, which is returned after 15 days upon satisfactory return of the vehicle. The guest must have a valid driving license and be 25 years of age or older.
  • Laundered Luggage Service limited to a maximum of 3 pieces of luggage per stay.
  • The Suite Journey inclusions do not apply to ‘Two bedroom Family Room’ Stays.
