Terms & Conditions
Kindly arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment time in order to enjoy the heat experiences, relaxation area and facilities. As a day spa guest you will enjoy full access to the spa facilities including the 18 metre lap pool, communal hammam, sauna, jacuzzi and fully equipped gym. Please bring appropriate gym wear and swimwear in order to utilise these areas. Please note that treatments are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy; cancellations with less than 24-hour notice will be charged at 100% of the cost of the treatment. Use of the double treatment suite is not guaranteed, treatments may take place in separate treatment suites, kindly enquire with the team upon booking.
