The 2025 Women’s Rugby World Cup is already making history – before a ball has even been kicked. A record-breaking 220,000 tickets have been sold so far, making it the fastest – selling tournament in the competition’s history. The highly anticipated event will run from August to September next year, featuring 32 thrilling matches, with the grand final set to take place at the iconic Twickenham Stadium in London.
There’s even more reason for home fans to be excited: England are among the favourites to lift the trophy. And with the impressive track record of England’s women’s teams in recent years, hopes are high that the Red Roses could enjoy a Euro 2022-style triumph of their own.
